Acceptable Use Policy

bowsr provides hosted browser infrastructure for web automation, testing, and AI agents. Access is a privilege conditioned on lawful, responsible use. Accounts are approved manually, and we suspend accounts that violate this policy.

You may not use bowsr to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or help anyone else do so.
• Access accounts, systems, or data you do not own or lack authorization to access — including credential stuffing, credential testing, or any use of stolen or leaked credentials.
• Commit fraud, including payment fraud, ad fraud, or fake engagement.
• Purchase-automate goods in violation of a seller's terms where doing so is unlawful, or resell access to our infrastructure for such purposes.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or create accounts at scale on third-party services for abusive purposes.
• Harass, stalk, or surveil individuals, or collect personal data in violation of privacy law (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, or equivalents).
• Distribute malware or interact with CSAM or other illegal content.
• Attack, overload, or disrupt any network, service, or website.

Operational notes

• Per-session target logging is part of the service: we retain metadata about sessions sufficient to investigate abuse reports.
• Spending limits and concurrency limits are enforced automatically.
• Abuse reports: abuse@bowsr.ai. We respond to lawful requests from authorities.
